Sanskrit language makes ample use of समासs (compound words). Use of compound words makes the language compact and beautiful as they convey bigger meaning in a shorter form. Understanding of compound words is necessary and also useful in learning मन्त्रs, स्तोत्रs and various types of literature. This course aims to introduce you to four types compound words in Sanskrit.

This course contains 18 lectures which includes video content and reading material. It is designed for adults who learn Sanskrit out of their own interest.
